Business Class check-in baggage: Maximum weight of 32 kg (70.5 lbs).

Special and Oversized Baggage

Special types of baggage can be transported, but due to limited space on the aircraft, it is recommended to reserve the transportation of such baggage as early as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before departure.

Baggage and Transfers

If your ticket includes a transfer with a connecting flight within 24 hours, your check-in baggage is typically sent to your final destination. The baggage claim tag provided upon drop-off will indicate the final destination of your bag.

However, there are instances when you need to collect and recheck your baggage during a transfer, such as:

- If you have purchased tickets from different airlines with different baggage conditions.
- When transferring from an intercontinental flight to a domestic flight (e.g., in the United States).
- When arriving at one airport and departing from another airport for your connecting flight.
- If part of your journey involves bus or rail transportation.
- At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol or Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, depending on your ticket conditions, it may be possible to collect your baggage, possibly with a fee.

Please note that the above information is subject to change, and it's advisable to refer to KLM's official website or contact their customer service team for the latest details regarding baggage allowances and procedures.
