Turkish Airlines provides a dedicated Lost and Found service to assist
passengers in recovering items left on board, in airports, or in lounges. If you
misplace an item during your journey, the first step is to contact the Lost and
Found office at your arrival airport, as found items are usually handed over to
the airport authorities.
At Istanbul Airport, Turkish Airlines’ main hub, the Lost and Found office is
located in the arrivals area. Passengers can also submit a Lost Item Report via
the Turkish Airlines website or by reaching out to customer service. When
submitting a report, it is important to provide details such as your flight
number, date of travel, seat number, and a clear description of the item.
For items lost at other airports, passengers should get in touch with the local
Lost and Found office of the respective airport. Items misplaced in Turkish
Airlines lounges, such as the Turkish Airlines Lounge Istanbul, can be reported
directly to lounge staff or through Turkish Airlines’ customer service channels.
To increase the chances of recovery, Turkish Airlines recommends reporting lost
items as quickly as possible. Once an item is located, arrangements for pickup
or delivery can be made, subject to airport regulations.
Passengers may also request assistance through Turkish Airlines’ 24/7 global
contact centers.
If you require additional assistance, it's best to contact Turkish Airlines'
customer service team for further information.
