VietJet Air Check-in

VietJet Air provides several check-in options to ensure a smooth and convenient start to your journey.

Here are the main methods for checking in with VietJet Air:

Online Check-in

Availability: Online check-in opens 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 1 hour before domestic flights and 2 hours before international flights.

Process: Passengers can complete the online check-in process via the VietJet Air website or mobile app. You will need your booking reference and personal details to check in.

Boarding Pass: After checking in online, passengers can print their boarding pass or save a digital copy on their mobile device.

Airport Check-in

Check-in Counters: VietJet Air check-in counters at the airport open 3 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights and 2 hours before for domestic flights. Counters close 50 minutes before domestic flights and 60 minutes before international flights.

Documents: Passengers need to present their booking reference, identification (passport for international flights, valid ID for domestic flights), and any necessary travel documents (visas, health certificates) at the check-in counter.

Baggage Drop: Passengers with checked baggage should drop it off at the designated counters after completing the check-in process.

Kiosk Check-in

Availability: Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports, allowing passengers to check in and print their boarding passes.

Process: Passengers can use the kiosk by entering their booking reference and following the on-screen instructions.

Mobile Check-in

VietJet Air Mobile App: Passengers can also check in using the VietJet Air mobile app. The process is similar to online check-in, and passengers can save the mobile boarding pass on their device.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, such as unaccompanied minors, passengers with reduced mobility, or those needing medical assistance, should check in at the airport counter to ensure their needs are met.

Additional Information

It is recommended to arrive at the airport well in advance, especially if checking in at the counter, to allow sufficient time for security checks and other formalities.

It's important to note that the check-in options and availability may vary depending on the airport and specific circumstances. It's always a good idea to review the check-in information provided by VietJet Air on their official website or contact their customer service team for the most accurate and up-to-date details regarding your specific flight.
