Cargo Claims Officer
As a Cargo Claims Officer in the United States, your primary responsibility will
be to process cargo claims in a timely manner by monitoring discrepancies for
cargo and mail at major airports. You will be responsible for initiating
corrective measures and escalating crucial cases to the reporting officer to
minimize claim liabilities. It will be important to ensure that customer

a Cargo Claims Officer, you will also establish and maintain a comprehensive
database to accurately track and manage all records related to claims.
